I had the pleasure of working with Shay on a recent deal and she was absolutely phenomenal and represented her Buda buyers very well. She worked extremely hard for her client's interests and went above and beyond to keep the deal on track in spite of it not being the smoothest transaction. You may be able find a realtor with a lower ethical standard, but it would take years to source one. Shay misrepresented the property that we purchased and completely ignored several verbal agreements during the purchasing process. We could not have been more dissatisfied with how unprofessionally she handled herself. We strongly advise against working with Shay Millheiser. Take our advice and avoid this realtor at all costs!
