Great owner! Best BBQ around! They make their own sauces- Southern Zing was our favorite! Smoked BBQ Prime Rib! Who does that? Shawn's!! You've got to try it! Culpepper & Warrenton locations

I've being going to Shawn's since it opened. Their BBQ is in the top 5 I've eaten, and I've been all over the country. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is the price, and the wait time. It seems like it always takes at least 15 to 20 minutes to get our order. The main course came out before the appetizer. The bill was over $80 for the family platter that used to be $25, and an order of BBQ fries. The food is great, but I don't think there's black truffles or caviar in it! It was very good. This was my first visit and I had the pulled pork. Delicious.
We love Shawn's!! The Smokehouse Sampler is our go to lunch with all the different sauces. I have Celiac disease, so gluten-free, a call a head and a gluten-free version of Mama Sue's Nanna Pudding is ready for me, Thank You!
