Without a doubt the worst ribs I have ever tried in over 40 years. I don't even think they were ribs there was no bone in them. It was more like flank steak that was full of corded Gristle. I paid for a rack and a half and I have to throw it away after I traveled 40 minutes to try the place. I will never go back again and I mean it!
This is one of our favorite places to eat! We had a little hiccup last time we ate here and they were sure to help make it right. Great customer service and great food!
Totally delicious. My boyfriend and I loved it. Wish they had a spicy bbq sauce, though. Kind of like a hot sauce and bbq mixture. All the sauces were a bit too sweet and tangy for my own personal liking, but the food was delicious and the service was quick!
We LOVE Shawn's Smokehouse BBQ! It's become somewhat of a family tradition to meet in Culpeper and enjoy family time and BBQ for Birthday celebrations. Shawn's is always welcoming of our big family and serves up a great meal :)
First time customer. Food was awesome. Plenty on my tray. Have lunch for tomorrow. Staff is very friendly. And they take care of you. Even though you order at the counter. They bring you your food. And they will come check on you. And take your tray when you are done.
Went to dinner last night. Baked beans tasted awful, like beans mixed with ketchup, couldn't eat them. We had a sampler dish and ALL of the meat came out room temperature. No one ever checked on us. We ate some and left. Disappointing to say the least. Will try the other BBQ place in town. Maybe our food will be hot.
