Today was my final visit to this establishment. There are two women that fit and adjust glasses, Kristy is excellent and will adjust per the customers request, the other woman, Karla will adjust her way regardless of what the customer wants. I got stuck with Karla today and it is the last time, as long as she is an employee I will spend my money elsewhere.
