Tried to extort me for $5 more dollars. – My eye insurance allows an exam and glasses every two years. In the meantime I wanted to order glasses myself on the internet. When I called for my prescription information they wouldn't give it to me over the phone. After picking it up they left out one number (PD number). When I called asking for it they wanted $5 dollars.
