I started taking my Dad to Shawnee Bay Resort so him and I could spend some quality time together. John the owner made the experience unforgettable and now we just finished our third year in a row and it is amazing every time. Thanks John for you kindness and hospitality. We will be back every year

Most friendly staff and good clean place to stay.
This is the best place to stay by far.. cabins are always up to date and super clean very friendly, John & Dacy do a vey awesome job keeping the grounds up.. while we were there this past week, there was a wedding, such a beautiful setting for a wedding.. plentiful fishing and if there is a day you get rained out they have Televisions in every cabin.. Thjs was my 3rd year here, My husbands family have been coming here for the past 16yrs... if your thinking about a resort to visit this would sure be the place to go... thanks ... read more
first visit, but won't be the last, nice cabins, had a great time, will stay longer on next visit
Our family of 8 adults and 9 grandchildren came for a weeks vaction and stayed in the Lodge. We couldnt have asked for better accomadations for our family, it is very spacious and clean! The grandchildren loved the beach and swimming platform with slide. We are already looking forward to planning to come back next summer!! John and Dacy you were very nice to work with, thank you!

Shawnee Bay is the best vacation spot!! It is beautiful and the cabins are clean and well maintained.. The owner and his family are very friendly and accommodating.. We LOVE Shawnee Bay!!
