Dr. Lepley has been our doctor for many years. My aunt had been discharged from hospital after being in their over 45 days. I had called the office to ask a question and he personally called back and spoke to me about my concerns. That felt personal because you dont get to speak with the physician you have to through a nurse. Dr. Lepley is a very caring and compassionate doctor. Sentara is lucky to have him as their physician
After being on hold for 10 minutes without ever speaking to a human, I made the executive decision that this would not be a good match for me.
Really appreciate Dr.Lepley taking care of me last 2 months when I was really sick at first called me on phone and then saw me in office is kind and cares about you and is knowledge am glad I have him to take care of me
Excellent bedside manner; kind and listening to patient's needs. Very professional
I can only hope I die before this man retires or leaves this practice. He is THE best doctor EVER! He takes time, is compassionate and goes the extra mile. He is one of the few doctors that will call you at home or when you are in the hospital when you are in a crisis.
