I only chose this doctor because her office was in the network with Caloptima. I have NEVER met her even when I requested appointments specifically with her. My last appointment was my last straw. For my fellow Medical recipients, the staff who is apparently in charge of billing is bad at her job and is not aware that all remaining costs will be covered by medical. I agree with all the horrible reviews here. My parents are patients of doctor Hamilton. They are elderly so I help with appointments, etc. I have met Dr H once, but since that time (over a year ago), my parents have not had any luck seeing the doctor. When they have had appointments it has always been with a nurse practioner. I was her patient for 6 yrs and only saw her once; I registered a complaint against her which she lied on every point that I endured. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS DR!!! I got a new Dr and looking forward to build a relationship with my new Dr versus this greedy money making Dr She should be ashamed of herself! I forgive her as I move on and far away from this Dr!
I was her patient for a couple of years, she is horrible doctor who does not care about the patient, she only cares about the money! I had to email her multiple times when I had questions, she would never respond! Terrible, stay away. Very dismissive, didn't listen, didn't seem to care. Office doesn't return calls and doesn't seem to want to help, makes things difficult for patients!
First of all to even see this doctor you have to leave a message and wait an unindicated amount of time. Every time you need something you have to leave a message. Her office also uses a portal to communicate with you (probably bc they don't seem to have anyone answering the phone) so instead of talking to a live person you have to send her an email and wait for an unindicated amount of time for that to be returned. If you have boatloads of time on your hands to wait then otherwise Dr. Hamilton is a good doctor.
Now, this is an amazing doctor. I have had multiple doctors in the past but I would rate Dr. Hamilton on the top. I came here as a new patient. The doctor let me take a long time to explain the issues I was there for. When I apologized for taking too long, she told me that that was no problem and I should continue. She was more than happy to explain everything about my conditions. Dr. Hamilton is so knowledgeable, understanding, compassionate and bright. Overall, an extremely positive visit!
RecommendedI had gone through 2 Dr.’s and 4 urgent cares. Dr. Hamilton, her staff, and practitioner partners are elite when it comes to being professional, knowledgeable and charismatic. 5 star rating .
She made feel unimportant. I was definitely a number to her. Without hesitation she will tell you have 15 mins. When that bell goes off I need to go. Unfortunately due to limited time you will only hear her talk. No advise, No recommendations No options. So, don't count on getting your questions answered. I have never encountered a doctor so lack of bed side manners and rude. She's intimidating and condescending when you challenge her information. I will not go back again.
