Him and his staff very polite and very recommendable to every I know.
From the moment I met him, I knew I was in good hand. He seemed genuinely concerned with my problem and listened to my questions and concerns. He was extremely thorough in his examination and explained in simple terms what the course of action would be and how we would work on it together.

I felt very disastified with this man. The appointments were rushed and he did absolutely nothing for me. I found another urologist and had a much better experience. I would never recommend D. Zhou.
I’ve been a patient of Dr Shaw Zhou who has given me quality care as has several of his staff with the exception of head nurse Sonya Miller. However, Sonya Miller refuse to sign the required documents for my employer to ensure that I continue to have healthcare coverage during my battle with prostate and metastatic bone cancer. Dr. Zhoe is the only Urologist I trust. I had so many UTI's in the past and went to my gyno, and 4 other Urologists and he was the only man that actually cared and took the time and effort to figure it out and find solutions. He is a fabulous in my book and is kind and caring. 10 gold stars from me.
Dad has been a patient for nearly 5 years. Doctor Zhou is very knowledgeable, professional, and explains things well, very approachable and understanding. I highly recommend him for excellent care!
My 84 y/o father left hospital Wednesday with catheter. Dr. Sorrenson told me to set appointment with Dr Zhou Thursday or Friday. When my dad went to the appointment Dr Zhou told him they could not remove the catheter because they close at noon on Friday. Wasted appointment and little care/concern. Imagine having to carry your catheter bag to an appointment only to be told come back next week. I asked Dr. Sorrenson to facilitate getting an appointment from hospital.
