Shaw Parkway Storage has been a great place to rent from for the past 3yrs. Whenever I've had a question or concern before, during, or after my move here, they were very attentive & helpful. I had 3 of the larges units here & now finally done to one. I will continue to use their rental service as long as customer service remains strong like it has been. Even w/ the crazy weather here lately w/ ice & snow, I've had no damage to any of my items. Thanks for providing a safe place for my belongings & offering great service! :-)
A+ service with my household good storage.The facility is exceptionally maintained, secured with monitoring so you don't have to worry about your stored items. Totally pleased with the courteous and professional staff!
Rented a unit for 2 months, just moved into my new house and was unpacking boxes, found SEVERAL MICE in our boxes and droppings in the back of the storage unit that weren’t there upon move in to the unit. Destroyed several valuable items.
I needed to store an RV for a couple of months, renting on the app was easy, I was able to ask questions by texting the office, responses were timely, I thought the facility is convenient to access and neatly maintained.
I use Shaw Parkway Storage for about a year it was wonderful clean place didn't have to worry about my personal belongings there I would highly recommend using Shaw Parkway Storage unit don't cost alot
