This place used to be family owned, and it was amazing. They sold out, and now its run by an app, and customer service is a joke. I missed a flight once because they took away 24-hour gate access without notification. Also, the rent is constantly rising, with no additions or improvements being made to the facilities. These reviews should allow zero stars.
Setting up rental unit was easy with the assistance from Weina. Unit was clean and easily accessible upon figuring out the latch system. Would reccomend to others.
Easy access and great communication with the facility.
Storage facility was very clean, accessible, easy to find, I’m very pleased with my choice!
