I had an appointment setup to test drive the advertised pacifica hybrid. When i arrived, i had to call them to guide me to their used vehicle building which was a hassle. Then i had to call again for the sales person to get me through the test process. He took my DL and kept me waiting for 25 mins. I went to the reception to ask for him. The guy there gave me a wired look as if he was disturbed. After a while the sales person came back with a lame excuse that they couldn't find the key for that vehicle.
