I have seen Dr. Tiwari several times and I intend to continue entrusting him with my healthcare. I was impressed by his knowledge and thoroughness on the very first visit. He addressed all of my concerns, took detailed notes and presented a plan of action that covered all of the chronic conditions that had been affecting my health for years. I’m a new patient and found Dr. Tiwari to be very competent, thorough, direct, honest, hard-working and responsive. I will be returning. I wonder if some of the negative reviews were due to cultural misunderstanding, just to be honest. I am very happy to have found a primary care provider I can trust, after a long search and after navigating all of the convoluted applications for new patients. Dr. Tiwari and the staff at TMH made this process very easy and welcoming.

Terrible bedside manner and rude. I’ve never met a health care worker so uncaring and rude to a 92 year old patient.

This doctor communicates in harsh tone. I’ve been seeing him for about 3 years and this is the visit I will find another doctor. I should have found another doctor when I was not listened to about there being a foreign object in my ear. It took 3 visits and four months for my concern to listened and attended to in the proper way (get a bug out after being told repeatedly it was swimmers ear). However, this is about today. Honest feedback is essential. Dr. Tiwari: Socially/communicatively awkward, sometimes rude, and extraordinarily arrogant. (Ross Medical School in the Caribbean.) Additionally, Southern Medical Group (TMHPP) leadership will neither avail nor identify themselves to patients, while primary care practitioners seem to unashamedly insulate one another as though each is beyond reproach – subjugating patient needs and concerns. This group takes the “care” out of health care.
