Dr Simmons is a wonderful , caring Dr. that we feel so fortunate to have found here in AZ. My husband had his surgery in MN and came to AZ not knowing where to go for follow up care. We feel so thankful to find him and be under his supervision.
I would recommend Dr. Simmons because of his thoroughness in explaining to me the reason for my foot pain.
I had been in excruciating pain for over two weeks when I saw Dr. Simmons. I brought in X-rays from my doctor, but he explained that he needed more precise X-rays with me actually standing on my feet. Once he had data, he attacked my pain in multiple ways--both through application to my insurance for orthodic supports and also through medication for short-term relief. Additionally, we discussed some of my other pain problems and he decided to introduce a long-term medication as well.
It was a very good experience for me And dr. Simmons was pretty awesome. The only thing that was not pleasant was the shots in my toes, but all & all I would sure recommend, him and your practice. Too any one that needs this kind of Dr.
Had a broken toe and called SanTan Foot & Ankle for an appointment. Asked if they took new patients. That was the last thing about me or my injury. All she was interested in was how I was to pay. I gave her my Medicare and BCBS Insurance information. Then she said “I am putting you on hold and I’ll be back in a moment and register you”. Well, I waited over 21 minutes on hold (time still on my cell phone). Finally gave up and hung up my phone. San Tan Foot & Ankle is not concerned about

My wife and I have been treated by Dr. Simmons for over a year and have been very pleased with his dedication to making sure or problems were addressed. My wife is a diabetic of 15 years and has received excellent care with evaluations of her legs and feet along with precautions and preventative measures. We plan to continue our care with Dr. Simmons.
