Dr. Maloney is a caring, compassionate doctor. We talked about what problem I was having and prescribed accordingly.
He is thorough, quick and well experienced Urologist.
Friendly, compassionate, professional, and timely. Saved my life in ER, I was in hospital for 21 days. Visited with me several times eventho he finished his job/responsibility with me. Highly recommend Dr. S. Maloney. Thanks, Doc!!
terrible job -- made me miserable -- claims he knew what is was doing for urolift and made it worse so I need to get much worse procedure = catheter he put in was not done properly and I had to go to emergency room to get fixed --
This is the most uninterested, detached doctor I have ever been to in my life. He has my info infrom of him and asks question that are answered there. Tried to get a prostate bioposy in the office but the office staff are completely incompetent as was the nurse. Ultimately he couldn't do the bioposy. It seemed as if it was his fortst time to ever do one. He was rough and it was very painful for nought. Time in the waiting room was over an hour
I found Dr. Maloney to be very caring and honest in his assessment of my issues. I appreciate the extensive time he takes with me on each visit, not rushed, willingness to broach any subject of my concern. He seems to take special interest and is caring. I would recommend him to any patient having urology/sexual dysfunction issues.
I attempted to have a vasectomy with Dr Maloney but my appointment was rescheduled 4 times for various reasons. This was ridiculous and made me second guess if I should be having the procedure. I'm not sure if it's just really, really poor office management of some divine intervention. I did like the doctor though.
Dr. Maloney is great. He's easy to talk to and he is a good listener. The problem is with some of his staff when a mistake is made on their part as it takes a while to correct it. Especially with prescriptions. Don't expect anyone to call you back the same day you call them and don't be surprised if they don't get to you for a few days despite the amount of times you have called them because of the urgency of the prescription needed. Your time is not as valuable as there's I guess.
