Shaun was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, patient and very nice. The office space is sleak, modern and state of the art. (Huge fan of the massage chair) Customer / client service was A+ from every touch point from a patient perspective, i.e making the appointment, check in process, to my actual teeth procedure/ cleaning. I will 100% be going back to Dr. Flynn and recommend him to anyone I know who needs a dentist. Wish parking in the area was a little easier, but that's not their fault.
I am new to the area and a co-worker suggested I see Dr. Flynn. It was a great experience. The office is so nice! Really clean and classy. Sometimes going to the dentist can be stressful but this office is so beautiful it really puts you at ease. Carmela is also a delight! She does everything and is so nice and welcoming. I am glad I found him and will continue to see him and recommend people.
It’s refreshing to experience genuine people who are passionate about not only what they do but also the patient’s comfort. I was greeted immediately with a warm smile, helped right away and placed in a comfortable, massaging chair, and kept in the loop every step of the way! I love the technology that allowed me to see with the Dentist everything so I could ask questions and fully understand. I recommend Dr Flynn to everyone!
Dr. Flynn is super friendly and warm, as is Carmela his assistant. I like how he doesn’t overdo it with unnecessary procedures/fillings and says it is ok to “watch and wait” if he feels that it is safe and reasonable to do so. The office is gorgeous and brand new. Everything is beautiful and so welcoming! They even have eos chapsticks at the front desk to take. Would highly recommend!
I recently relocated back to Los Angeles from nyc and needed a new dentist. Dr. Shaun Flynn came highly recommended. I have some dental issues and he was able to pin point the problem and offer great solutions. His office is immaculate, his staff is so kind and helpful and after my first thorough appointment with X-ray's and teeth cleaning I can say I found a home here. Honestly who looks forward to going to the dentist? But Shaun and his team provide a clean, professional, and welcoming experience/environment. During the cleaning I was educated on everything that was happening and offered helpful tips to ensure my teeth and gums stay healthy. So glad to have a local, honest, and caring dentist.
Every time it’s a great experience
Dr. Flynn is knowledgable, generous, and thorough. His staff is kind and patient and there is always a friendly and relaxed attitude in the office. I never feel as though he is trying to "sell" me procedures or products I don't need, but has my best interests in mind. An excellent dental experience always!
Wonderful! Attentive, responsive, Informative, helpful. This was our first visit, and he won himself a new client! We're in!
