If I could rate zero stars, I certainly would. My experience today while visiting a house represented by Sharyn was incredibly disappointing. It began with her unpleasant attitude towards my hypoallergenic dog, insisting I remove him because the owner's daughter is allergic. Upon re-entering the house, her condescending tone regarding wiping my feet instead of using booties was off-putting. Sharyn was extremely helpful to my wife and I when moving from out of state. She did a great job explaining the complexities of NY real estate and a realistic time frame of what to expect. She was great at answering questions at all hours of the day and even getting us with information about potential houses we wanted to see at late hours of the evening. She worked with out crazy schedules and got us the house we wanted for a good price.

I could not possibly say enough about Sharyn. I was buying a home during a crazy market and I don't think I would have had the same experience with any other realtor. Sharyn is competent, professional, and knowledgeable. Even more important, Sharyn is kind, patient, and extremely good at her job.
