I’m giving 1 star bc there’s no way to give less. We took our Roxor on 6.24.25 for repairs. We were met by the rudest woman service writer. She asked us why we were bringing it in. We told her it looked like a leaking seal to which she replied everyone thinks they’re a mechanic. Weeks went by & we heard nothing.
