Went in curious about the Polaris General. Chris let me look around without feeling pressure to buy. Found one I was interested in and then he answered all my questions helped me with the accessories. Love the tires you told me about. I really appreciate y’all letting me leave the trailer in fenced in area for 2 nights while I was in Amarillo for mom’s knee replacement.
I have no clue how many dirt bikes, ATVs and side by sides I’ve bought here over the years. From sales, service, parts and the business office I’ve never had a complaint. I’ve always been treated like family and they’ve always gone above and beyond to take care of my needs.
Excellent experience! Went to look, Chris, answered all questions and provided lots of information. I returned a week later to purchase. He stayed late to help with everything. he also helped with a flat I had on a trailer. While airing it up we found the screw and he personally took the tire in to the shop to repair along with a mechanic who’s name I did not get. Thank you for all the help.
I took a throttle cable up there and ask them for the part and they wouldn't bother helping me cause I wouldn't tell them the year of the bike so I had to go somewhere else in Amarillo but I found and bought the part and happy now but not thanks to sharps Honda in Amarillo and the so called mechanic there couldn't even help find the part I brought up there that I seen on most of the bikes there lol they were flat out rude and very unprofessional ....
Had a great experience with the guys at Sharps. They helped me get into a new 2019 Yamaha R3. Robert in parts has help so much with accessories Ramsay I have placed on my bike. Great place to purchase your Motorcycle.
