Service department gave me a early appointment, and completed the work which was to correct a coolant leak , by noon , I drove to Detroit the next day with no problems . Very polite and prompt,
Every thing, from the waiting area, rest rooms, snack bar, and staff was outstanding! Dave kept us updated and Jacob stopped to introduce himself. We plan to use Sharpe, in the future, for our Jaguar. Hats off to a great group of people. Maybe a Jaguar/Land Rover facility in Traverse City next????? JJ
Sharpe MINI is the best!! Although we live in Virginia, they have come through for us not once, but twice in the last three years when we have driven up for Mini on the Mac. Two years ago I was having electrical issues right before the event and they got me right in and fixed it. This year I was having technical difficulties with my toggle switch for my convertible top and they were beyond accommodating to get us a fix before the event.
