In GR for vacation and got a piece of metal in my back tire. Drove my car over to Sharpe and found our tires would need to be replaced.They were ordered and put on next day. Great Service and Fast Turnaround for my 850. My Service Advisor Jason, was amazing and even processed my protection plan claim without any issues.

I was visiting from out of town. I needed emergency work in my convertible top. They took my car immediately and fixed the problem within an hour and had me back on the road
Sharon made the process of having my car serviced by Sharpe BMW seamless and easy. The video of their inspection was helpful. It was ready on time and was sparkling clean inside and out. Love this dealership and service!
