Very good and professional experience, appointment as expected since we’ve been in for service before. Love the video of our car and the underbelly, good waiting area and communication when the car was completed. Had a question about the controls which was answered by their “expert/ genius” quickly and I also opted for the wash and vacuum. The price was a bit high and when I questioned it, my consultant agreed. After a few calls, our price was reduced by $100. Travis the service manager is amazing!
Ours was a special circumstance and we were hopeful to get our car back on the road with a short turnaround as we had a special event to attend. The staff gave us assurance that they would work as quickly as possible to get it done without giving us any unrealistic promises. They were honest with us, which we appreciated. In the end, however, they were able to get the job done and we were still able to make it to our event. Forever grateful to Sharpe BMW for their efforts!
