This is a respected dealership but I was handled poorly, specifically by salesperson Ryan Schmall.
Sharpe is the most professional, courteous dealership I’ve ever worked with. Not only do they reach out when my vehicle is due for service, but they also take video of my vehicle while a technician narrates what he is seeing, the app provides live time updates, and they also coordinate a ride to/from the dealership. It’s top-notch service and I couldn’t be happier to get my BMW serviced here! Thank you, Sharpe Team!

We found a BMW x7 that we really like but it was sold. Ryan asked us to come in to show us some other ones they had. The moment we walked to look at the car we were in love.
