They try. It works. Nice staff and doctors. Rough parking. Urgent care is good.
Could only schedule my childs brain scan 2 weeks out. As i was driving there they tell me they don't even have a doctor that can perform the scan scheduled. When I reschedule they try an tell me there is nothing available for another week and half.
Sharp Rees-Stealy Downtown has provided the best service compared to any other location I have visited. From Urgent Care to the doctors, Radiology staff, and Lab staff, everyone has been professional, caring, and helpful. The entire team always makes patients feel welcomed and well taken care of.
