Gui and Matt were so helpful and knowledgeable. They talked with me honestly and helped me understand which elements I needed to go with a more expensive option and which I could really just do the basic. They were able to come in, assess my water heaters, and do the replacement all in the same day! Thank you!
Gabriel is very professional and nice technician to solve the leaking issue. I gave Gabriel 5 stars. However, his manager, Erik is very rude. He raised his voice to me as a customer and I was very frustrated so I had to raise my voice to him. Sharp Plumbing should send this manager to the "customer service training".
