A week ago today I had a heart attack. Luckily, I was in Sharp Memorial Hospital, 7 West. Even though my chest still aches, I would like to say thanks to my Nurse, Ellen, who I think started CPR and the staff that responded. My stay also included time in ICU following the placement of a stent and a couple of days on 6 West. Thanks to all involved for the caring manner that made my stay comfortable. A special thanks to the Nurse from Brooklyn for her recommendation.
It took over an hour before my nurse came in to introduce herself to me and get some medical history. Than it was another hour before the Doctor came in and ordered me an IV and pain. After that things started to go better. All in all my doctor and my second nurse were the best.
