I went into the Emergency room on Thurday 4/20/17 having numbness in my arms and hands. They did an MRI just to find out my disc in my neck where messed up and pushing up against my Spain causing it to flatten. That was the reason for my numbness I was having and then they hit me with the surgery but i have to say it was the best thing I did and now I have feeling again but now I have a long recovery. Customer service and quality of care is amazing. Very helpful from the time you step in the door -- from the concierge to the nurses and doctors. All great service. Would recommend!!! They are taking great care of my dad who was brought in by ambulance and had surgery a day later !!
My right hip joint was replaced by Dr Rina Jain. She might be small but she is Wonder Woman. Excellent care on 4 th floor. A very big thank you to the caring efficient staff. Sorry I have to go home......love you all. Jon, Ed, Rich, Jamie, Andrea, Alvin (PT). Sorry I can't think of more names of all my wonderful caregivers. Thank you all.
