I needed a new car in 2011 and test drove several. Ended up at Sharp Honda, looking at a Crosstour. Tom Gettler was the sales rep I worked with, and he could not have been more helpful. We drove a couple of cars and then the Crosstour. Loved it. Rides well, has some bells and whistles, and seemed like a great choice. My first experience with Sharp Honda and BILLY FERRIER was about a year ago. I was trying to decide between a Honda Pilot and a Mazda CX9. We had really decided on the Mazda but wanted to drive the Pilot first. We felt no pressure what so ever to get the Honda over the Mazda. He said "get what you like"( the Mazda was not through Sharp but another dealer in KC) I recently traded my Mazda to them for a Toyota Camry for better gas mileage. As a woman purchasing my first car without my dad, I had a very easy and honest experience. Rob Walton was a great help by being patient, knowledgable, resourceful, trustworthy, reliable, and fun. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I was looking into buying a car with an idea of what I wanted but kept my options open. I was looking for a new car and a new company to buy from, I wanted somebody that I could trust. No matter how meager the question, it was always important to my salesman RACHID LAGRINI. I liked the fact that Rachid introduced me to Sharp Honda's service department for if something was ever to wrong with my new FIT I know that I will be treated with the same care as I recieved from Rachid.
