These are the rudest people I’ve ever spoken to in my life. I was left in tears after my phone call with Maha , ( I believe her name is) from sharp home health care. I am a 29 year old cancer survivor who is in remission. This doesn’t even deserve one star. I’m so thoroughly disgusted it’s hard to even find the words to express my frustration at this pathetic ‘health care’ system when they clearly could care less about anyone’s actual health. My dad requires in home care. He has 24/7 help, is wheelchair bound does not leave except for medical appointments in a medical transport. I am very disappointed with the service from Sharp Home Health. First it’s very difficult to get the service. I had to argue with both my mom’s primary care doctor and Sharp Home Health’s scheduling in order to get them to actually send a nurse to see my mom. Then when you actually get a nurse to come to your home, they don’t do anything or provide any support of any value. Absolutely terrible! They do NOT follow instructions, such as to email or text since I am deaf, and insisted on calling without using the California Relay Service, so they couldn’t talk to me. This resulted in them canceling services, which required going back to the doctors for another referral. THEN, when they finally DID manage to schedule an appointment, the OT never bothered to put in the order for the products she said could be covered by Medical.
