Sharp Grossmont Hospital

My son has been at the hospital for 11 days and Grossmont has sure changed. No consistency with nurses and doctors. Each one says a different thing. Now in the labor and delivery with my daughter. we were here last night and the nurse barely said two words to us and back tonight and the Triage nurse was so rude and the procedures change from one night to another. I had my babies here 24 years ago and now I do not recommend coming to grossmont hospital

Sharp Grossmont has a Radys children Unit. A year ago we were transferred from Radys urgent care to be A direct admit with my then 6 week old Daughter one of the scariest moments of newly mother hood experiences but I have to begin to say their staff is beyond my words. We had the blessing of having a Nurse named Alison sweetest nurse ever! If I could nominate her for Nurse of the year I would til this day we Remember her and how she truly touched our lives during that stay. Staff shows absolutely no emphaty here... next time I an emergency am going to another hospital...

The nurses are great. Some of the doctors are walking out of the room as soon as they can. Also you wait around all day for the Dr to appear. It seems the hospital/Drs could give a time period such as, 8-9am or 5-8pm. Due to my wife’s confusion I never wanted to leave her alone. Very disappointing

Staff is very good, however there is a long long wait time in the emergency room. They need to fix this some how. I went in at 6:00 at night and didn’t get seen till 10:00 . Like really? The doctors there are great.

I stayed for 5 days because i had my gallbladder taken out , my two doctors were awsome as well as some of the nurses i had....i was in 1 south it was hot there during the night, and they have to make sure if the bathrooms are are for patients not for outside people

quiero agradecer por la buena atención que recibí el pasado 14 de agosto cuando estuve internada para tener a mi bb el equipo muy bien en especial a la enfermera Brithanny de overnight es muy especial a ella le gusta su trabajo pocas como ella

Very friendly staff. Helped my mother a lot. However they do need more Spanish speakers
