This is the worst hospital ever, we had the worst experience, stay far away from Doctor Dickerson, worst surgeon ever, my fiancé is still recovering from the surgery that was on October 23, do yourself a favor if possible and drive to Sharp Memorial,

My 93 year old Mom has been to Grossmont 3 times over several years. Every time she was treated will the best care I could imagine. The latest time she was admitted through the ER for congestive heart problems and was treated on floor 4 East. Her Doctor was Dr. Romero and he was excellent. The nurses were the best part, all of them especially Sam, Michelle, Natasha and Elvie. The Respiratory Therapists were incredibly gentle when they gave her treatments. I love my Dr.... Dr. Smith is truly amazing had checked w her a couple years ago when I met her and right away scheduled me to have my thyroid checked, because it looked bad. Turned out it was an overgrown mass and they took half my thyroid out. Also I can breath a lot easier because the large mass was pushing against my trachea. The Drs. At Kaiser told me it was just "fatty tissue". Thanks Sharp to all the Dr.s surgeons and staff.
Every time I have been at Grossmont I have been treated with great kindness and professionalism. Three times I was in ICU thru the Emergency room and my nurses were wonderful. I was just there Thursday for an outpatient surgery on my hand and everyone there was wonderful too. Last March I had the Watchman implant and had to go to Sharp Chula Vista. It was very nice but Grossmont will always be my hospital.
Every single person that I have been in contact with here at Sharp Grossmont has been absolutely amazing!
