My near 80 year old mother Nell Bartusch was taken in an ambulance today to Sharp Grossmont Hospital in La Mesa after a trip and fall that started a massive nose bleed, she and the EMT thought she may have broken her nose. My mother sat at Sharp Grossmont Hospital in La Mesa from 3:10 until nearly 10: 00 and was NEVER seen by a doctor, she was continually shuffled from one room to the next until she was tired of waiting, and simply left after nearly 7 hours in the emergency room. We were in 2Nd floor of East side in room 217. The service was very very good. I would love to thank the nurse who was checking on my son every time. Thank you Grossmont
I've always had a good experience at this hospital. Restrooms and waiting areas are always clean. The Wound Center and Radiology staff are super nice and informative. I never have to wait long to be seen, which I enjoy very much. Thank you Grossmont!
I can't believe it's been 2 years this past July since I've been in the hospital for 3 weeks due to having pneumonia.. Everyone from emergency, to ICU to the 4th floor east and the pulmonary team were really great while they were in my care..
