I have yet to meet an employee who were having a bad day! Everyone is so nice to all who come through the door.They go out of their way to help you.Yesterday I needed to be directed to the Cancer center and one of the wonderful ladies at the main lobby desk took my there ,she could have just pointed but no she went out of her way to help me!Thanks to everyone for caring!

This place sucks haven't been here in years and I once I got in the nurses are slow don't give s crap and they put me in a area in the back then they noticed my condition and put me up in the front against the wall and it took a long time to put my iv in then an hr later they give me the meds I needed. Scripps hospital is way better with patient care getting the help you need I rather drive further for their care

Grateful for the medical team... Not sure if it was management or what. We waited a LONG time. We got there at 6pm and didn't leave till 5am the next day... Though the staff was nice, it was hard to understand why it took 11 hours.
I was very well taken care of. Had a great staff that took care of me and they also made sure my belongings were accounted for.

I am still in the hospital. I have a fractured disk Also a possible tummor. More test tomorrow to check by another ct scan. Did MIR already.
Mt mother-in-law fell and injured her hand and knees, and her hand looked as though it might have been broken. Took her to PCP, they sent her to ER, tried urgent care, they too told us ER. We got there at 10 in the morning. We were there for over 8 hours! We didn't leave til after 6:30 that night, and most of that time was spent sitting in the waiting room. Once we were brought back (at around 3) and she was finally seen (around 4:30), the doctor released her and it wasn't until my MIL started to complain over an hour later ... read more
Took my 12 yr son in for a broken wrist.... 1 hour to get in to triage, another 1 hour in the main waiting room, we got transferred to a second waiting room.... another 1hr 30mins gose by.... off to xrays... back to waiting room 2 for 30mins time to move to waiting room 3. 30 more mins the PA pope in.... YEP BROKE BOTH BONES in his forearm. Another hour gose by.... gets a splint finally.... 45 more mins released. Not great at math but 6 hours is retarded to get an xrays and a splint.... PA was great she greats 5 stars... eve... read more
