As I walked in, looking a bit lost, a staff directed me. The receptionist Brigitte was just perfect for what she do. Jason the technician was friendly and professional. My experience was outstanding.
Sharp Grossmont hospital is an amazing hospital to go to if you're in a emergency situation in the East County. The wait maybe more then you like but the care you receive from EVERYONE here , from the runners to the doctors, is behind outstanding. You are a always greeted with a smile and a compassionate ear.
Actually the Grossmont Outpatient Surgery Center. They do such good work and the staff there is truly 5-star.
My husband is suffering from a collapsed lung and pneumonia. He went to the VA several times and didn't get the care he needed and was misdiagnosed the last two time he went to the VA ER. I decided to bring him to the sharp emergency room on Friday due to the sever pain and labor breathing he was haveing and thank god that I did. Fui a una facility con Lourdes una amiguita que tiene a su hijo de 22 años, internado por mas de 2 años, es un lugar limpio, agradable y bien atendido, pero la situación de estos enfermos es muy triste, algunos no tienen ninguna esperanza de recuperarse.

I went in for a total hip replacement, Dr. Hanson is the BEST and very kind. Everyone I dealt with during my recovery was equally kind. My nurses - Erin, Mark, Tonya - were always there for me. The PT staff as well, John and Richard, were encouraging and informative. I can't say enough good about my stay!
