Can I give zero stars? No? Well.... My fiancé went to SF to have my engagement ring made. 4 months of lackluster customer service later, my ring was "done". When we picked it up, I noticed some of the prong work was done in yellow gold. My ring is white gold. Or was supposed to be. Extremely Disappointed I have been a loyal customer for nearly 10 years and am so disappointed with my experience today. My husband and I had planned to buy a new wedding ring, because my old one was damaged. I chose a beautiful estate ring and was told the price was nearly $20,000.
