From the entrance I already felt well welcomed. Receptionist and security are friendly and helpful. Nurses are very nice. Specially Jackie Frankfurt In the 2nd floor. She is amazing. Jackie took well care of me and my family, checking up on us frequently while we were visiting our grandmother after her surgery. We don't usually get that welcomed feeling at hospitals.
