My sister went to the emergency room, she has had knee pain tried waiting for an appointment with her primary, but it got really bad to where her whole leg was swollen and she couldn't feel below her knee to her toes. She even called about going in, the person on the phone told her to not eat or drink she may need surgery. She got in, they asked if she had an MRI she said not yet, they only had a nurse see her, who told her they only had one mri and might need that for someone more important, she was crying in pain, the nurs... read more

Communication is horrid my mom has been hospitalized for a week. Only way to get a call from doctor is to contact her social worker. They use Covid as an excuse. I am done. Will be starting a Social media campaign, so the rest of San Diego how much lack of bedside manner they have.

Absolutely love this hospital and all the services they provide. The entire staff were amazing during my pregnancy and post partum recovery. Highly recommend this hospital to all San Diego residents.
