Never experienced any problems with staff or Doctor. Always a great experience with Dr. smith
Wait time was over an hour before being seen by the doctor. Was not greeted by the receptionists at the front desk. Couldn't find the office because it's in a hidden driveway covered by trees but no one answered the phone to give me directions. I called back 5 times ;-(
