This is by far the worst practice I've seen in my life! The staff is extremely rude with no compassion or empathy for your situation. The billing department manager is uneducated and seems to lack the skills to understand an EOB statement. You will have to double check that your claims are filed correctly or risk being double charged. The nurse will not call you back if you have complications during your pregnancy. Don't count on Dr. Smith calling you either. Worst experience ever.

Really good always nice and always checks how we doing.
I had four visits with Dr. Smith before I considered transferring in the middle of my pregnancy. The wait times in her office are at least an hour before you go to a room. You will wait another 15 to 30 minutes once you get to the room. The staff wasn't that pleasant. I didn't feel informed during my visits. The last straw for me was when I had to wait two hours just to get an ultrasound done! No one was considerate enough to let me know what was going on or apologize.

Has been over a week and medications still have not been called in to my pharmacy. I have left multiple messages and have yet to receive a return call. I don't know if it's the physicians lack of urgency or the staff's incompetence. Beyond disappointed, especially because she came so highly recommended.
Dr Smith is thorough and takes time for everyone. I appreciate having my concerns addressed in an unhurried manner. Kudos to you Dr Smith!
