My first visit was not good at all. Dr didn't care to address any indications of health concerns checked off on new patient forms. She met with me for about 10-15 mins in the exam room. Right before she performed pap I asked question about concern of irregular cycles. Simply answered " I wouldn't know". I struggle with having paps done and tend to tense up a lot. Office was very rude. Long wait times. Condescending. Heard the nurses discussing a teen pregnancy aloud during the wait for the doctor to enter. They were very nasty and unprofessional. I wondered what they said about me after I left. Waited to charge my insurance months after I was a patient there. Medicaid had expired and now I have a huge collection I cannot afford to pay off.

I would not recommend at all. Please give your time to another OB and office. It’s not worth the wait time and misinformation. Constantly having to wait sometimes I’m there for 2 hours just for her to see me for 1 minute. They never answer the phone they never call back and I never receive prescriptions. Untrustworthy doctor and nurses.

So far having a terrible experience with this doctor and would love to switch. She should find another profession.

I had an appointment December 14th. Arrived early as instructed. Door locked, packages in the hall, mail under the door. I tried calling, straight to info about office hours. Called the emergency number and explained the situation. She said she would have Dr. Smith return my call. I'm still waiting Dr. Smith.......

Hour long wait times consistently and misinformation from front desk. She gave me a birth control method that was horrible for me which she admitted to after I came back a year later to have it removed. Will not return.

Staff did not know my first name when calling me back, my last name is common so I always like to confirm it is me they are calling. The staff was dressed in hoodies and all very young. It looked like bring your teenager to work day. Was told the doctor was not there after waiting in the room for 20 minutes that she was delivering a baby. They asked if I wanted to wait for her or reschedule. I chose neither, as it took me juggling several obligations at my own place of employment to make this appointment. Dr. Smith was nice enough, but I definitely feel like she dismissed my problems (more like refused to acknowledge them). He office staff were barely cordial, and her billing department caused me a $300 headache with my insurance. They never returned my calls about the insurance issue. She called in a prescription that she had not discussed with me at all, and didn’t call me to let me know what the results of that aforementioned $300 test were.
