All the staff were friendly and kind. But what really won me over was how thorough the nurse, dentist, and hygienist were. They took their time to make sure I had great care and that I understood everything that was happening. It was entirely different from my previous dentist who just shuffled me out as fast as possible and overlooked a cavity (that I had to point out to him!). They were also very careful with the cleaning and the tools.

Everyone at this office is highly competent and very friendly! I was really satisfied with my first exam visit and will return for treatment soon.
Everyone was extremely polite and very caring about my comforts and needs. The hygienists and doctors were all very gentle and explained everything that was being done which I have not had dentists do in the past. Highly recommend this company.
I appreciate the patience, the explanations and suggestions concerning treatment and the praise offered when I have practiced good oral hygiene. Great staff! Also, good referrals for treatment outside of Dr. Albright’s realm.
Dr. Albright and most of her staff were great. I unfortunately had to wait an hour for my first visit on a day that was full of dental emergencies--apparently this wasn't normal and everyone was very apologetic. I didn't have a great experience with the hygienist for my cleaning. She seemed annoyed that I was coming to her late even though it wasn't my fault. She also made me feel like I was drowning with her water pick and realized it a little late and switched tactics. I would return for Dr. Albright alone, but worry a bit... read more
