None better - I've never had a better experience. I would recommend Dr. Nemec to everyone. She makes the visit a very good experience.
My family of 5 have been patients of Dr. Nemec for over 5 years. She has expertly and kindly served our needs by doing root canals, fillings and keeping our family dental health in top shape. I am writing because I happened to find some mean spirited reviews which I find to be off the wall.
Where should I begin, first I checked their website, not only were there misspellings, it does not even look completed. When I called to make an appointment the front assistant, was very rude. DO NOT forget I was a new patient, she had asked if I was going to use any insurance, and I explained to her that my husband had all the information that I would need to call her back to give her, and she just began to say that if I do not provide her with my insurance information I would have to pay out of pocket. I saw this doctor in 2009. The office billing person was never able to bill my insurance correctly - I had to call the office several times. I thought the problem was resolved but I just got a bill (it's 2012) for services done three years ago! I was unable to get the office to admit they made a mistake and deal with my issue. I had insurance coverage at the time of service and now they want me to pay the full amount. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.
I had a filling which turned into a root canal which turned into a nightmare, injured nerve, pain and suffering. She is a terrible and negligent dentist as well as an inconsiderate human being. First, she never offered to refer me to an endodontist - I guess due to greed, she decided to do my root canal herself (which I doubt I ever needed) and collect the high fees she charges.
