Very rude she called me about a false positive herpes test. Told me that my boyfriend was sleeping and that I shouldn't be having intercourse if I am not married. Contacting patient advocate about this. Happened at Harbor UCLA and told me she didnt want to deal with me. House Supervisor told me this was not okay. I was probably given the wrong results from another patient and now there is someone running around with herpes spreading it.
Great doctor! Dr. Genato's personality, willingness to listen, and optimistic demeanor really surprised me. I work in the healthcare field and have never met a dr like herself. Highly recommend.
