Excellent service! Whenever I take my daughters here the staff is very attentive. Super friendly and very organized. Doctor Melanie, Iglesias is the best very sweet woman and my daughters just lover her. There manager Michelle is amazing very professional and quick problem solver to any situation. Hoy no quisieron atender a mis hijos, porque llegue 20 minutos tardes porque había una lluvia inmensa y ocurrió un accidente de transito que hizo que me demorara, a pesar de mi explicación, La asistente Vanesa Guerrero no le importo mis motivos y canceló la cita. Ellos siempre me hacen esperar más de una hora afuera y luego otra hora más dentro del cuarto de revisión porque no respetan el tiempo del paciente.
Awful experiences at Pediatrics Associates Doral. Since i live in Doral my two daughters attend this place with Dra Fierro (wonderful doctor) but i can not understand why the staff are the worst in town. This is the second time that they gave to my wife a wrong referral for an specialist. We waited almost two months for this appointment and just came to the specialist and they told again the document was wrong. Atención completa y profesional, personal amable y con una calidad de servicio alto, La Dra Fierro explicando cada detalle de mis bebes de una forma clara, sencilla y pausada; y las enfermeras Marjorie y Lisseth son un gran apoyo para los padres explicándonos dudas y atendiendo a mis bebes con amor! My princesses love the doral location a d cannot wait to be greeted by their most loved nurse Lisette Gonzalez and their pediatrician Dr. Iglesias! It feels like home around then me and they are truly like family! My youngest daughter was diagnosed with congenital heart disease at a month of age and if it weren't for them it could have gone undetected. I am forever grateful for their dedication and care. Will forever recommend them.

Please be careful with this Office. Upon visiting with my 21 month old for his routine check up, they gave him 2 vaccines. One of which was not with my authorization nor was it mandatory. My son was already sick to begin with and I was not told until after the fact. Dr. Roosevelt De Los Santos is the most unprofessional, inadequate doctor I have had the displeasure of working with.
