Recommendedi recently took my 3 kids to the Doral office for the first time. From the moment that we got in to register the personal in the front desk were really friendly and helpful, the waiting time was minimal, we were taken in to the room at exactly our appt time. the Nurse that we got Ms.Yesiney T. was soooo sweet to the kids and very attentive to my concerns. Yes, waiting times can be/should be reduced - frustrating especially when you have a sick child, but doctors are AMAZING! My daughters' main docs are Acosta and Torres-Colon (so sad to see her leaving) and I have never left that place with an unanswered concern or worried about a thing. For emergency related issues I have visited other locations like the Kendall and Palmetto Bay one and I have only great experiences.

This is a formal complaint against the entire Office Staff and Supervisor for the Doral office that was working the evening shift on Monday September 30th, 2019. Bottom line, the lack of professionalism and most important, the lack of empathy towards my son, who we brought with high fever. The staff is terrible specially the assistant manger of the office .. Kevin..He is extremely rude and doesn't know how to treat people in a nice friendly manner, people like this should not be employed by a company that takes care of kids .. Is very sad
My 15 mo son has been treated exclusively by Dr. Acosta and Medical Assistant Crystal, and we highly recommend them. They both have excellent bedside manner, they're informative with all our questions, and many of the pointers that Dr. Acosta has given us have saved our sanity!
