I have been to see Dr Sharma three times. I find him and his staff to be knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and provide a dignified experience.
He is very thorough and he listens well to what I need to tell him. He is receptive, effecient, and courteous. I have been going to him for several decades now and he always remembers me and my history.
Dr. Sharma and his staff are EXCELLENT!! They made me feel at ease and the procedure was pain free! I LOVE DR. SHARMA!!
It was OK, simply focused on the transaction. Since nothing major was found, instead of exploring/offering a definitive solution, a maintenance treatment was prescribed. Which is fine, but patients eventually want to solve their problem, not simply 'live with it'.
I had exemplary conservation with Dr. Sharma regarding my issue. He outlined a plan of action, and I was able to ask any questions. He answered them with clarity to ensure I understood his rationale. Overall, I had a great experience!
I had a 10:00 AM appointment for a colonoscopy. Front desk checked me in, I didn't wait very long and was escorted back to a private area. The Young Lady that prepped me for my procedure was very professional and very nice, I told her I didn't like needles, she made sure I was comfortable and calm, then she got the IV in with no problems. She did all of the paperwork and introduced me to the Nurse who was to assist the Doctor. She explained the anesthesia and hooked up the monitors. After waiting over an hour for Dr. Sharma to connect on a video chat, I would have been happy to wait another 5 minutes for him to review my records so that when he did get on the call he knew what the purpose of the call was and that he requested it not me! Also, when He made the decision to cancel my colonoscopy for that day, what criteria did he use to make that decision if he was unfamiliar with my case?
