Everything went professionally and calm since the moment I got there. Everything explained to me by everyone I came in contact with.
Dr Sharma is very professional and efficient. I just switched to him after my Dr. Retired and I really like him.
The attending nurse explained the process well and was reassuring. Dr Sharma introduced himself before starting. I had no discomfort nor awareness during the procedure. I had no Noticeable side effects afterwards.
I became ill after using the prep kit and was unable to have the colonoscopy. Dr. Sharma called and was completely understanding about my situation and suggested an alternative test. I appreciate Dr. Sharma informing me of the alternative rather than asking me to repeat the purging process. Thank you, Kurt M Reinhardt

It was great. Everyone knew their job and provided good explanation of the procedures etc
Office policies are written in a way that seems like they view the patient as an enemy. Nurse was rude, blamed and shamed me for a mistake their office made due to their lack of clear communications and/or standard practices prior to a procedure. This office was not patient-centered, welcoming, or compassionate. If you wanted to be treated with care, compassion and consideration, I recommend going elsewhere.
