In November 2025, Sharla Mize provided our team with our annual Motivational Interviewing training, and she was exceptional. Her presentation was both thorough and engaging, blending clear instruction with real-life clinical examples that made the material practical and immediately applicable. She created space for meaningful discussion, fostering a rich and interactive learning environment. Sharla is truly a master clinician, and we are grateful for the opportunity to learn from her depth of knowledge and expertise.

Sharla's trainings are not your run of the mill CE trainings. I like trainings that are cutting edge and innovative and that's what she delivers. She is a strong, highly experienced source of knowledge for therapists who want the best results for their clients while also emphasizing doing their own work. I love Sharla's passion for teaching therapists holistic, effective ways of treating trauma.

I've had three Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) sessions with Sharla after attending her 10-hour Divine Feminine training, and it's been a really empowering experience. She is warm, relatable, and creates a safe, supportive space. After just one session, I noticed a clear reduction in dissociation and felt more present and grounded. Her approach felt intuitive, trauma-informed, and respectful of my pace. I left feeling empowered and more connected to myself. I plan to continue ART with her. I highly recommend her work.
