This was our second visit here and I have to say I am highly disappointed in our experience with the hairdresser. This time, the booking was with Melisa R. My son is a baby and he was crying as babies do, and I felt Melisa R. was very impatient and not understanding of his temperament. We felt very rushed with the haircut and that I couldn’t voice any adjustments because we felt she just wanted to get it over with. Excellent had my autistic granddaughter go there really hard to handle with haircut and they were super great, so happy was a success with haircut, thank you so much
