Had best Squash soup and onion rings!! Steaks delicious!
It was so bad I will not be going back hr to get my food and it was cold and size of a kids meal at McDonald's for 12.00 I will not be going

There is no excuse for your expierence, we are training many new team members in all areas, however, it saddens me that you weren't satisfied. You are our guest, our focus, our reason for being there. Once again I am truly sorry. I would be grateful, but not deserving for another chance to welcome you as our guest.
The service was good and the food was good. Our server was constantly checking to see if we were doing okay.
Absolutely the worst place I have eaten at in years. Very slow service from the start. If I wasn't a truck driver with no other place to eat; I would have left before being seated. Food was just as bad as the service. This was my first time eating at ANY Shari's and it will also be my last.
I thought the food was great but the company was greater.
