Our family reunion is in Pendleton and we are staying right up the street from Shari's. 21 of us showed up unannounced and were treated with the best service! Our waiter was Jeremy and he was terrific! Not only did he cater to us he was helping up front too. Food was good, but the service was excellent! Thank you Jeremy!

This place despite being short handed and over whelmed by customers and despite the short wait they still put out phenomenal food. The service was impecable even being short handed. The manager Misty was on the line trying to train while being extremely busy and she never lost focus nor her smile. Our waiter Drew was spot on per usual... A BIG Thank you to the Shari's crew. We thank you for all your hard work. It doesn't go unnoticed

I do not regularly write reviews unless I absolutely love or hate the experience. Last night we went for the prime rib dinner at around 8:30 and we were told they were already out of the 12 oz which was fine although their prime rib Friday ends at 10 PM. We got our food at 9:10 a little half an hour later (I was starving) the server said I know you wanted it medium but it is pretty red I said I do not care because I was really starving. Great eats and had a great waitress. Enjoyed our meal very much! Will be back even though we are from Indiana! Keep up the good service and food.
