My husband and I ordered take out breakfast through Grubhub and both got sourdough bread with our meals. We noticed our bread had mold on it. I called the restaurant just to let them know so they didn’t serve the bread to anyone els. The woman that answered told me that the Order didn’t come from them, I told her the order says it came from you and I’m not trying to get my money back just don’t want other orders to get moldy bread. RecommendedThe atmosphere is home style and very warm. The food was delightfully delicious. Our waitress was very friendly and answered all our questions. We will definitely be returning. And the pie was AMAZING!

We always have a pleasant time. it's nice to be greeted by our names. They know what our kids love.
We asked that the kitchen remake our barely cooked hashbrowns so the cook threw the same meals back on the grill and served them again swimming in grease. I will never eat at a Shari's again, and would never recommend the Yakima location.
The dishwasher was talking to the servers cussing and complaining about his job. One server acted like she didn’t know what we were talking about and the other was like call the tell the manager tomorrow. They also told us that it was their policy to bring he check right after they bring your food to you. They said they would get written up or they didn’t. I felt like I was being told to leave as soon as I was done. I will not be back to the establishment and I will tell people not to come to the establishment.
the food and environment is great. The staff really nice.
