This Shari's is by far the worst at service my family and I have ever endured in a very long time. Poor attention to detail in orders and inability to remember one drink, and to delay one meal for 15 minutes. If you are thinking about coming to this establishment make sure you have one and a half hours just to wait for food, and the patience to wait for the waiter a full 30 minutes for drink orders. Shari's I am glad you are leaving the pacific northwest, get out and don't come back.
We went in to Shari's and we had made proor arrangement for our amount of people. We were seated and sat for ten minutes before we even got a waitress to even come to us it took another fifteen minuets to get our coffee and drinks and it was not complete and did not get part of the drinks until she was remined three times. when we ordered we had to wait at least 30 minuets and a reminder to the waitress about our food.
